有機粉体或無機粉体的非水系分散多使用高分子系分散劑，但微粒化的粉体表面積增加，表

 面自由能增大，分散容易變得不安定，而高分子分散劑會跨越於粒子間，因架橋吸著而造成凝集，因而發生沉降、黏度昇高的問題。此時就需要 T-A327 (carboxyl ester)製備一含高濃度有機或無機粉体的非水系分散体組成物，長時間不沉降的安定分散。

 使用說明:
 適用有機粉体：azo、diazo、thioindigo、indanthrone、quinacridone、anthraquinone、benzoimidazolone、perylene、phthalocyanine、anthrapyridine、dioxazine 等有機顏料。

 適用無機粉体：鎳、鈷、鈀、銅、銀、金、白金等金屬粉末，Titanium dioxide、Zirconium oxide 、Magnesium oxide 、Aluminum oxide 、Iron oxide、Zinc oxide、Indium tin oxide 、Barium titanate 、Calcium titanate、Strontium titanate 。

 適用的非水系溶劑：Toluene、Methyl ethyl ketone、Methyl isobutyl ketone、Cyclohexanone、ethyl acetate、n-propyl acetate、isopropyl acetate、n-butyl acetate、 ethylene glycol monoethyl ether、diethylene glycol mono n-butyl ether、propylene glycol monomethyl ether、propylene glycol mono n-butyl ether、ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate、ethylene glycol mono n-butyl ether acetate、diethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate、diethylene glycol mono n-butyl ether acetate、propylene glycol monmethyl ether acetate、propylene glycol mono n-butyl ether acetate、terpineol、dihydroterpineol、terpinyl acetate、dihydroterpinyl acetate、isopropanol、n-butanol。

 T-A327 的使用量為分散体組成物的 0.5 – 10 質量%。
 T-A327 適用於粒徑分布 0.01 - 1μ ｍ的粉体，也適用於粒徑分布 0.01 – 0.5μ ｍ。
 粉体含有量可做到 55 - 80 質量%。
 非水系溶劑含有量通常是 5 – 50  質量%，最好能做到 10-30 質量%。
